INSEVIS

INSEVIS products expand and simplify the world of S7. Our S7 product families are proof of how well innovative system solutions and German workmanship are combined with a competitive price. The world's most compact S7 touch panel PLCs with onboard IOs and the IIoT-capable EDGE HMIs with MQTT, OPC UA, NodeRED and an automatically created web visualization. The functions are described in detail in manuals with example programs. Demo programs and videos are also available for you to download. Customized logos can be implemented on front- or rear side easily. Operating systems with custom logos are available as well.

Product family Peripherals - flexibly scalable - onboard and remote. All INSEVIS peripheral modules can be used onboard (in the 3, 7 or 11 free peripheral slots of the INSEVIS PLCs) and as an extension also decentrally (in the peripheral slots of the head stations / peripheral blocks). With ConfigStage, the peripheral modules are configured via drag and drop, e.g. whether a bit is operated as an input or output, an analog channel should be an input or output with current or voltage or whether 2, 3 or 4 sensors are used. All modules can be labeled according to customer specifications.

The DP303C is a head station for 3 peripheral slots .
The easiest way for decentralized expansion. Absolutely easy to set up S7 peripherals using a decentralized peripheral carrier with 3 peripheral slots. Connected via CAN, but no CAN knowledge is required for configuration. Set the node number on 2 rotary switches on the head station and enter this number in the ConfigStage, done. Enter the start addresses and then the software automatically assigns the address, including a plausibility test and an overview of the address data of the individual I/Os. Up to 127 units can be controlled by one INSEVIS S7 CPU. Robust, EMC-proof metal housing with customer logo on request for the 35mm top hat rail.

The E-Mess UI function block (3 voltage transformer inputs and 4 current transformer inputs for L1-L2-L3, N).
It is a compact peripheral module with voltage and current inputs for measuring energy consumption in a 3-phase network. This module measures current, voltage and phase angle. The internal controller provides the calculation of active and reactive power as well as cos f power factor and provides all values for the process display as well as the final values (balance).
